Receiving goods that have been damaged in transit is rare, but possible. Be sure to check the packages on the delivery truck before you sign for them and if there is any damage note it on the Bill Of Lading and take photographs of the packaging damage and the Bill Of Lading. Then accept the goods, unpack them and if there is damage to the units themselves take photos of it all and send them to support@garagegiantusa.com. Our team will help arrange a replacement for you. Items that have been damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost to you. We can only replace a damaged item with an identical replacement.
Shipping times vary on a product by product basis. Consult the product page of your order for specific shipping times. If six days have passed since you placed your order and you have not received an email confirming the order has shipped, please contact us and we will investigate for you.
Delivery times depend on the product in question. Some deliveries take 48 hours, others take longer. You will receive a tracking code in the email we send once your order has shipped. If you paste that code into the track Your Order page you will be able to keep track of exactly where your order is on its journey to you.

We do not use your data for anything other than processing your payment, liaising with you and getting your order delivered to you. We do not nor will we ever give or sell our customers’ data to any third parties.
If you cancel your order before the item has shipped from its warehouse you will only have to pay a $50 administration fee. If the item has already shipped you will need to pay the full shipping costs to have it sent back to the warehouse. Additionally there will be a restocking fee of 20% charged by the warehouse. Your items must be unopened and able to be resold as new to be approved for cancellation/return. Any reimbursements made to you will be sent to the payment method you used to pay for the order originally.
